File a Complaint Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR) Office of Inspector General Complaint Form* Indicates mandatory fieldsComplaint ProcessAny citizen that wishes to file a complaint relating to a Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR) employee may submit that complaint to the Office of Inspector General (OIG) by completing and submitting the complaint form below. Any DBPR employee who observes, becomes aware of, or receives a complaint from any source, alleging fraud, waste, abuse, or misconduct on the part of a DBPR employee, shall promptly submit it to the OIG by completing the complaint form below. The complaint form may be completed and submitted electronically or it may be completed, printed, and mailed to the address listed on the form. Each complaint will be reviewed and assessed for appropriate handling, which could include investigation, referral to a division director/executive management, or referral to another agency.
