Home Inspectors – Disciplinary Orders

The Department of Business and Professional Regulation has taken disciplinary action pursuant to Chapters 120 and 468, F.S. against home inspectors. When the discipline matter is concluded the Department issues a written final order containing findings of fact, conclusions of law, and the penalty that is imposed. Disciplinary Action

All Final Orders are filed with the Division of Administrative Hearings (DOAH). To review a Final Order for a specific discipline case, view the Florida Agency Indexed Orders Search by the respective license name or use the complaint number to search the “Agency Case No.” field.
