Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Disability Accommodation
In accordance with Chapter 61-11.008, Florida Administrative Code, the Department will provide special assistance to candidates with documented disabilities. If you have a physical or learning disability that substantially limits one or more major life activities, you may request special assistance with the examination process.

If you need an application mailed or faxed to you, please contact the Bureau of Education and Testing immediately to request an application for accommodation. The application for accommodation must be completed and returned to the Bureau of Education and Testing in accordance with the deadline requirements established for filing your licensure examination application.
