ERROR DEFINITION SOLUTION
License Record is not found License number is not in our database. Verify that the occupational code from the dropdown list is correct and the reported license number is at least seven digits then resubmit.(If the license number has less than seven digits, use proceeding zeros to fill empty character spaces)
Dual license requirements not met Licensee does not have a valid ECLB and CILB license. ECLB and CILB will reciprocate Workers Compensation (WC), Workplace Safety (WPS) and Business Practice (BSP) credits, but only if the licensee is licensed by both boards. Verify whether participant is dually licensed then resubmit.
The credit is not defined for the board Course number is not approved for the participant’s license type. Verify the occupational code from the dropdown list is correct and confirm the course is approved for the reported license type then resubmit.
Course date is not within range of approved credit Course was expired on participant’s completion date. Verify course expiration date then resubmit.
The Provider does not have a valid/matched license The reported course is not approved for the provider license. Verify the provider and license numbers are correct and resubmit.
Profession is not found for the license type Course number is not approved for the participant’s license type. Verify the occupational code from the dropdown list is correct and confirm the course is approved for the reported license type then resubmit.
Bad provider header record Provider record contains a provider number or passcode error. Verify that your provider number and passcode are correct then resubmit.
Bad course header record Provider record does not have a course number listed or the course number is less than seven digits. Verify that the number listed shows the correct seven digit code then resubmit.
