The Division of Condominiums, Timeshares and Mobile Homes (CTMH) is committed to helping Florida’s owners, board members, and associations understand their rights and responsibilities. Our dedicated education team provides educational resources for stakeholders free of charge. The Division offers courses for condominium stakeholders, including the 4-hour Board Member Certification course required by Florida Statute. Courses can also be requested for specific topics or audiences to best fit your needs.

CTMH reviews and approves third-party educational courses for purposes of satisfying statutory requirements for condominium, cooperative, HOA, and mobile home association board member certification and continuing education credits under Chapter 718, 719, 720, & 723, Florida Statutes. To submit a course for approval, email the Division at CTMH.BdMbrCertProviders@myfloridalicense.com.

Those wishing to submit their course for continuing education credit for community association managers must submit the course to the Division of Professions, Bureau of Education and Testing at: https://www2.myfloridalicense.com/community-association-managers-and-firms/#apply

The Division approves providers of Condominiums and Homeowner’s Association continuing education programs as described in Chapter 718, & 720 F.S.  Board Members of a Condominium or Homeowner Association may find a local continuing education provider and their program on our list of approved providers.
