Request for Division Staff to Attend Condominium Meeting

The following request form should be completed at least two (2) business days in advance of the meeting. Division staff will attend meetings for observational purposes only and will not intervene in any situation or answer questions during the meeting. General questions may be asked after the meeting has ended. If the Division observes any potential violations of chapter 718, F.S., a case may be opened to address the issue.

Important: As part of this request form, include notice of the meeting, rules for the meeting, and an agenda of items the board will discuss or act upon at this specific meeting.
