Structural Integrity Reserve Study (SIRS) Reporting

Please follow the directions below to submit your association’s required Structural Integrity Reserve Study to the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR) Division of Condominiums, Timeshares, and Mobile Homes (CTMH). You can submit your SIRS by email, mail, or the online form below.

Please complete the SIRS reporting form and submit it to the Division via email at the following address:
ctmhsirsreporting@myfloridalicense.com

Please use the below email subject format when sending an email, and update the project name and license number relating to your association’s study.

** Please note: If you have multiple projects please send a separate form submission for each one. All individual forms can be submitted together and must be postmarked by 12/31/24.

The Condominium Act ss. 718.112(2)(g)9 & 10, F.S. and The Cooperative Act ss. 719.106(1)(k)9 & 10, F.S. requires associations to obtain a SIRS. Additionally, within 45 days after receiving the structural integrity reserve study, the association must provide the Division with a statement indicating that the study was completed and that the association provided or made available the study to each unit owner in accordance with this section. The statement must be provided to the Division in the manner established by the Division using a form posted on the Division’s website.
