CTMH may attend and observe any meeting of the board of administration or any unit owner meeting, including any meeting of a subcommittee or special committee, which is open to members of the association. To request CTMH attend an event or provide a presentation, please complete this form. When requesting a specific date, please provide about two (2) weeks’ notice. If requesting a presentation tailored for specific topic, please provide six (6) weeks’ notice. After review, a response will be sent to confirm the requested date and time or, if the requested date and time is unavailable, to propose another date and time.
Note: For virtual presentations, the Division only uses Microsoft Teams. You will not need a web camera or any other video conferencing equipment to view this event. You will need a device that is capable of viewing Microsoft. You will be sent registration information after you have confirmed.
Course Descriptions
Course Duration: 1 ½ – 2 hours
Board Member Certification – This certification meets the statutory requirement for new board members. It is also informative for unit owners and those interested in Condominium or Co-operative community living.
Association Responsibilities – This presentation provides information regarding an association’s statutory responsibilities.
Meetings and Notices – This presentation provides statutory requirements regarding Condominium meetings and noticing requirements.
The Division’s Jurisdiction and Complaint Process – This presentation provides details regarding the Division’s jurisdiction and complaint procedures.

Budgets & Reserves – This presentation provides the statutory requirements regarding Condominium annual budget preparation, meeting requirements, and reserve methods.
Elections: The Election Process & the Division’s Jurisdiction – This presentation provides the statutory requirements regarding preparing for a Condominium election, election notices, and the procedures for the day of the election.
Financial Reporting – This presentation provides the statutory requirements regarding Condominium year-end financial reporting.
