Schedule an Appointment with an Investigator

Constituents can meet in person with a Division investigator at one of our offices in Tallahassee, Orlando, Tampa, Fort Lauderdale, or Miami, or schedule an online appointment with the Condominium Ombudsman’s Office.

Click the Make an Appointment button below to either schedule a time to file a complaint, discuss an ongoing investigation, deliver supporting documents, or speak with an investigator in person by selecting In-Person Appointment, or to schedule a time to meet with the Ombudsman’s Office virtually by selecting Online Appointment w/ Ombudsman’s Office. For appointments with the Ombudsman’s Office, the Division will send the meeting information to the email that you provide on the appointment. Please note, the Department uses Microsoft Teams for virtual meetings.
