The Division has created a step-by-step guide for linking Condominium or Cooperative Projects to your online account and paying the annual fees. Please note, Condominium or Cooperative Projects may only be linked to one account on the DBPR Online Services Portal, and one account may be used for multiple Projects. The annual fees are connected to each Condominium or Cooperative Project, and not the Association or Managing Entity.
