Pursuant to s. 718.112(2)(f)6. F.S., the Division is required to annually adjust the monetary threshold amount for required reserves, based on annual inflation posted by the Consumer Price Index for All Urban Consumers. The updated amount will be posted by February 1st of each year starting in 2026.
2025 Threshold: $25,000
2026 Threshold: Number will be posted by February 1, 2026.
