IMPORTANT Product Approval Cut Off Dates
Applications using Evaluation Report from a Florida Licensed Architect or Florida Professional Engineer or Test Report must be Validated by the Cut-off Date in order to be considered at the next monthly commission meeting.

In order to streamline our Product Approval Application Review Process it is no longer required for applicants to submit hard copies of signed and sealed Product Evaluation Reports and Product Approval Validation Checklists to the Department of Business and Professional Regulation. Please email the signed and sealed Product Evaluation Reports and Product Approval Validation Checklists in PDF format to
